Our company has established a comprehensive set of Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with ISM Code and possessed of the Document of Compliance (DOC) issued by different flag state as in Panama, Belize and Sierra Leone.

We have a scientifically rigorous ISM management team, able to handle ships in accordance with regulations of the international conventions and in line with the requirements on nautical information such as the types of nautical charts, publications, operating instructions and manuals, etc. as well as effective supervision and guidance on the implementation of crew compliance with the ISM Code. Meanwhile, our company’s advanced computerized management system can ensure communications between ship and shore effectively and accurately, thus providing efficient technical support for the ships.

We can provide the SMS，ISPS,MLC documents and manuals, crews training, establish the record ledger, operation of supervision system.
